“Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst.” – Henri Cartier-Bresson

My name is Justin Ide and I'm a documentary photographer, a husband and a father.

In the late 1970's my older brother gave me a 35 mm camera, a Miranda, and I've been "clicking" ever since. I was involved in the high-school yearbook and one thing led to the next and now I am a veteran photojournalist with 25 years of storytelling experience.

Since that time I've travelled worldwide to almost 30 countries and I've covered major news, sports and feature stories while working as a staff photographer for The Boston Herald as well as a photographer at Harvard University.
